FAQs may be view by any TexasRef guest. You do not have to be a registered user to view any of the FAQs on this site.

A. To access any of the FAQs, select FAQ from the main menu.

B. To access the General Use FAQs either:

• Select FAQ -- General Use FAQ, from the main menu,
• or Select FAQ from the main menu, then on the next screen that displays select General Use.

C. To access the FAQs about features for registered TexasRef members, either:

• Select FAQ -- Registered User FAQ, from the main menu,
• or Select FAQ from the main menu, then on the next screen that displays select Registered Users
